About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Trilogy Health Services. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced SLP to join our interdisciplinary team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality speech therapy services.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Demonstrate expertise in speech-language pathology and experience working with diverse patient populations.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings.
  • Provide therapy to improve patients' communication skills and swallowing and feeding abilities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program and certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
