Overnight Residential Technician

Position Overview

Salary Range: $22-$24 per hour
Note: Due to the nature of the graveyard shift, an additional hour of regular pay will be compensated for each workday, allowing for 8 hours of work while receiving pay for 9 hours.

Crosspointe Recovery is a specialized 6-bed detoxification and residential treatment center in search of a qualified Registered Alcohol and Drug Technician (RADT), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or Medical Assistant (MA).

This role involves providing essential support and executing a variety of clinical and programmatic services. The individual will play a critical role in monitoring residents throughout the night to ensure their well-being. Responsibilities include documenting observations, assessing withdrawal symptoms, and overseeing the self-administration of medications by residents. Additionally, this position will assist with the intake process, orientation for new residents, and overall management of resident activities, along with other duties as assigned by the Program Director/Owner.

Qualifications

Educational Requirements:

  • High school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.
  • Must obtain RADT, RAC, or a higher credential (can be acquired upon hiring).
  • Possession of RADT/RAC/CNA/MA or a comparable certification.
Skills Needed
  • Strong documentation capabilities.
  • Familiarity with KIPU software is advantageous.
Work Authorization
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Work Schedule
  • Part-time position from 11:45 PM to 7:45 AM (Friday and Saturday shifts).
