Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic New Home Sales Associate to become an integral part of our sales team. This role involves guiding potential buyers through the purchasing journey with professionalism and enthusiasm. You will be responsible for managing relationships with prospects and implementing effective lead generation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective homebuyers to understand their needs, preferences, and financial considerations.
- Present model homes and available properties, emphasizing the unique features and advantages of our communities.
- Utilize our CRM system to maintain and follow up with prospects, ensuring a consistent sales process.
- Oversee the sales cycle from initial contract to final closing, including negotiations and coordination of the home construction process.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service throughout their home buying experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and construction teams to devise and execute strategies aimed at generating leads and boosting sales.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- A valid North Carolina Real Estate License is mandatory.
