Position Overview:

As a Salesforce Cloud Specialist at Daikin, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operational aspects of our Salesforce platform. Your expertise will ensure the platform runs smoothly and efficiently, contributing to our overall business success.

• Platform Management: Oversee daily administrative tasks associated with the Salesforce Cloud, including user access, data handling, and system configuration.
• Data Oversight: Maintain data accuracy by regularly monitoring data processes, assessing quality, and rectifying any inconsistencies.
• Issue Resolution: Proactively troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the platform and its activities.
• User Training: Provide training to end-users on best practices and platform functionalities to enhance their experience with Salesforce Cloud.
• Process Enhancement: Evaluate customer interactions and identify opportunities for improving platform performance.
• System Updates: Keep abreast of the latest Salesforce Cloud features and updates, recommending and implementing necessary changes.
• Integration Assistance: Support the integration of Salesforce Cloud with other internal systems and applications.
• Documentation Maintenance: Ensure thorough documentation of platform configurations, user manuals, and best practice guidelines.
• Collaborative Management: Work alongside marketing teams to execute landing pages, ad integrations, and email campaigns in line with industry standards.
• Performance Analysis: Conduct assessments of platform performance, offering insights for future enhancements and generating reports on key performance indicators.
• Effective Communication: Liaise with department leaders to relay information regarding processes, tracking, and reporting.
• Project Participation: Engage in additional projects and activities as required.

Qualifications:

• Possess a solid theoretical foundation typically gained through higher education.
• Adhere to established procedures, executing structured tasks with minimal discretion.
• Work within a supervised environment, primarily addressing straightforward challenges.
• Ability to articulate facts, policies, and practices relevant to the role.

Key Competencies:

• Strong analytical capabilities for interpreting data and generating actionable insights.
• Expertise in data management and best practices for ensuring data quality.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with SQL, cloud technologies, and AMPscript is a plus.

Experience and Education:

• 0-5 years of experience with Salesforce platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, information technology, or a related field.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud certification is advantageous.

Work Environment:
