As a Construction Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects, from on-site supervision to civil engineering planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise all aspects of on-site construction management, ensuring projects are completed to standard, on time, and within budget.
  • Work with one or more subcontractors on a construction site, coordinating efforts to achieve project goals.
  • Perform change order estimates and negotiate with the project team to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Collaborate with A&E firms to develop construction plans, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in conducting and managing on-site construction projects, including concrete work, electrical, and plumbing.
  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Ability to supervise and direct the work of subcontractors, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Physical ability to work on construction sites, standing, and moving for up to 10 hours per day.
  • Proficiency in English and ability to read and understand drawing sets and combined specifications.
  • Travel to on-site construction sites up to 50% of the time.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to obtain a favorable background investigation for a Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • BS degree in construction management or civil engineering, with 2-4 years of experience.
  • Current TWIC and active Security clearance.
  • Active OSHA 30 certification and LEEDS certification.
