To prospective physicians, we're seeking a dedicated and experienced Hospitalist to join our team as an Ambassador Physician. This role offers a unique opportunity to work clinically and lead hospital medicine teams nationwide.
Our Team
- We're a growing team of experienced Hospitalist physicians who work clinically and lead hospital medicine teams.
- Our physicians are board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine and are passionate about teamwork, integrity, and delivering high-quality patient care.
- We welcome challenging and complex cases, as our Ambassador physicians work in various hospital settings and are highly adaptable.
Our Practice
- Ambassadors participate in team meetings and initiatives to drive high-quality care and bring better care to the bedside.
- We cover airfare and lodging expenses for our Ambassador physicians, on top of their annual salary.
- Flex medical director ambassadors work a full-time block schedule (2 blocks per month).
- We'll cover the cost of state licenses needed to work at one of our hospital partner locations.
- Depending on the schedule worked (days/swings), the expected annual salary ranges from $346K to $382K + a leadership stipend.
