Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team at Northern Manor Multicare Center.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of nursing staff, providing high-quality patient care, and ensuring the smooth operation of our skilled nursing facility.

• Lead and manage a team of nursing staff to provide exceptional patient care
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and e-prescribing programs
