  • Handling corporate restructuring and insolvency proceedings, as well as supporting the turnaround of companies
  • Participation in business continuations and restructuring initiatives
  • Managing corporate insolvency proceedings of various sizes and industries, coordinating their execution, handling legal issues, and negotiating with parties involved in the proceedings
  • Preparing expert opinions and reports is also part of your duties

Requirements


  • You have excellent qualifications, preferably with a doctorate and/or LL.M.
  • You are a recent graduate or have already gained relevant professional experience in the field of corporate restructuring and insolvency law
