  • Uphold visual standards for the sales floor, fitting rooms, and displays.
  • Assist with daily store recovery efforts as needed.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and loss prevention practices.
  • Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to management for process improvements.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Support all cross-functional departments as required.
  • Help establish a positive atmosphere that enhances customer satisfaction and strengthens the brand's market presence.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Preferred: Minimum of one year of retail sales experience and prior cash handling experience.
  • Must possess an energetic and charismatic personality.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to conduct interactions with integrity and professionalism.
  • Ability to complete sales transactions using the POS register system.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions and various physical tasks as required.
