Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

MindVibe is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented PMHNP/PA to join our team in providing high-quality psychiatric care to our community. As a key member of our team, you will work under the guidance and supervision of a Supervising Physician to manage the entire scope of psychiatric care for patients, including new evaluations, follow-up appointments, medication management, and psychotherapeutic interventions.
Responsibilities- Manage the psychiatric care of patients, including assessment, ordering lab work, and communication with family members
- Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and ensure seamless transitions
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Collaborate with the Supervising Physician to ensure high-quality care and adherence to best practices
- PMHNP/PA-C licensure with CAQ PSY certification
- At least one year of outpatient psychiatric experience
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting, with flexibility to work from home and at an office location in Houston, TX
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care
- A competitive salary of $180,000.00 per year
- A flexible schedule with a minimum of 32 hours per week, with options for working less than 40 hours
