CorsoCare Home Health is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide services for home care clients with speech and language problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform speech therapy assessments, diagnostic tests, and skilled procedures for clients under a medically approved Plan of Care.
  • Develop a therapy care plan to direct other health team members involved in the plan of care.
  • Document all findings, plans, interventions, and outcomes and submit documentation to the Agency within seven days.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Meets the education and experience requirements for Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in speech pathology.
  • Current CPR certification, as applicable.
