About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts as the Vice President of Diversity Equity and Inclusion at AccentCare. This is a unique opportunity to drive meaningful change and create a culture of belonging within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive DEI strategy that aligns with our company's values and goals.
  • Partner with executive leadership, HR, and other stakeholders to foster a culture of inclusion and equity.
  • Design and implement policies and programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all lines of business and functional organizations.
  • Monitor diversity metrics and report on results to the leadership team, with a focus on improving year-over-year diversity and representation metrics.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to identify and drive diversity recruiting efforts, including strategic sourcing and diverse interview panels.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance cultural proficiency and inclusion across the organization.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in business management or HR, with a track record of leading core diversity and inclusion programs.
  • Strong passion for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, with a demonstrated ability to build and deliver a comprehensive DEI strategy.
  • Executive presence and ability to build followership, with a proven track record of influencing all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated knowledge, skills, awareness of, and commitment to contemporary issues of inclusion, social justice, diversity, access, and equity.
