Vessel Machinery Maintenance Specialist:
This critical position is responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of vessel machinery and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marine engineering and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair vessel machinery and systems.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies and maritime industry best practices.
- Perform voyage repairs and troubleshoot machinery malfunctions.
- Communicate effectively with the Captain and Port Engineer.
Requirements:
- A valid DDE 4,000 HP license or greater.
- A valid TWIC card.
- A valid USCG Merchant Mariner Document or Merchant Mariner Credential.
- Five years of previous experience required in the last 15 years as a Marine Engineer, not less than three years of which must be as a Chief Engineer.
Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $220,000 per year based on location and industry standards.
