The successful candidate will exhibit meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. In this role, you will be tasked with ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of guest accommodations and shared spaces.
Primary Responsibilities:- Organize and prioritize cleaning tasks based on directives from management.
- Inspect and restock cleaning supplies on the cart as necessary.
- Ensure guest rooms are adequately supplied with linens, towels, and amenities.
- Sanitize bathrooms and kitchen areas in accordance with company protocols.
- Thoroughly clean and arrange each assigned room, including making beds and vacuuming carpets.
- Monitor and replenish complimentary items in each room.
- Report any maintenance concerns or unusual activities to the relevant department.
- Manage lost and found items following company guidelines.
- Carry out additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.
