Key Responsibilities

- Greet guests with warmth and provide them with robes and sandals upon arrival.
- Offer guidance on spa procedures and available services.
- Conduct tours of the spa facilities for guests.
- Manage incoming phone calls, delivering accurate information to guests.
- Maintain a clean and inviting reception area for guests awaiting their appointments.
- Introduce and educate guests about new beauty products, highlighting their uses and benefits.
- Keep guests informed about current promotions and discounts on spa services.
- Process payments for services rendered.
- Schedule appointments for guests on specific days.
- Open and close the spa at designated times.
