Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve food, beverages, and other drinks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Comply with local regulations and guidelines for serving alcohol.
  • Take orders from guests and lane servers, ensuring accurate and prompt service.
  • Manage bar supplies and inventory, minimizing waste and optimizing stock levels.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding alcohol service.
