Job Summary:

Arrow Construction is seeking an experienced Laborer/Class A Driver to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials using heavy trucks or tractor-trailers, while also performing manual labor tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive long distances, adhering to traffic laws and ensuring the safe transport of cargo.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring proper loading and unloading of materials.
  • Perform a variety of physical tasks, such as site clean-up, material handling, and assisting with construction or maintenance projects.
  • Lift and move heavy objects, operate hand tools, and work in various weather conditions.

Requirements:
  • Class A driver's license with asphalt/concrete hauling experience.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in high heat and cold weather.
  • Must be able to maintain acceptable attendance and pass a drug, Pre-Employment physical, and background test.
