Job Title: Personal Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Eminence Home Care. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of care and support in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
  • Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management.
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
  • Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with feeding.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
  • Run errands and assist with transportation.
Requirements:
  • Previous caregiving experience preferred.
  • Ability to pass a criminal and background check.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and TB test.
  • Verification of professional references.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30 minutes.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
