Physical Therapist/Outpatient Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist/Outpatient to join our team at Luminis Health. As a Physical Therapist/Outpatient, you will be responsible for evaluating patients for physical therapy services and providing therapeutic intervention according to departmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients for physical therapy services and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide technical supervision and direction to Physical Therapist Assistants, Rehab Aides, students, and volunteers.
  • Meet departmental productivity standards and participate in departmental in-service activities.
  • Consult with physicians and other clinicians to increase knowledge of physical therapy and identify the need for physical therapy services.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary/team meetings and complete materials related to departmental process improvement.
Requirements:
  • Higher Education Level required for PT Licensure
  • Outpatient rehabilitation or related experience.
Working Conditions:

This position requires heavy physical demands, including exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
