Position Overview:

We are looking for a Certified Infusion Therapy RN who will be responsible for managing the coordination of care and nursing functions at an infusion site. This role involves collaboration with healthcare providers and pharmacy staff to ensure optimal patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct hospital discharge planning and manage referrals.
- Oversee drug and supply inventories.
- Educate patients on medication administration and disease processes.

Requirements:
