Deckhand/Laborer

As a Laborer at CRH, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for assisting construction and paving crews with various tasks. Your duties will include shoveling, raking, and operating a wheelbarrow to facilitate the movement of materials. You will also signal operators of construction equipment to ensure alignment and movement of materials. Additionally, you will dig, spread, and level construction materials, and lift, carry, and hold materials, tools, and supplies. Your role will require you to follow all company policies and procedures.
