We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hemodialysis Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team at Encompass Health. Your Role In Our Journey

  • You will provide direct patient care to inpatients in need of hemodialysis, conducting patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
  • Supervise care and treatments, educating nursing staff on the care of the hemodialysis patient, hemodialysis equipment, and hemodialysis standards of care.
  • Build rewarding relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid in their recovery.

Your Qualifications

  • Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
  • CPR certification.
  • ACLS within 1 year of hire.
  • CRRN certification preferred (if not already obtained).
  • 6 months dialysis nursing experience required.
  • 1 year of experience in an inpatient hospital setting preferred.
