Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our sales team as Solar Energy Consultants. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for increasing solar awareness, providing expert advice on solar energy solutions, and delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solar Energy Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of solar energy solutions, including sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals, driving revenue growth and contributing to the company's success.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring continued growth and success in the role.
  • Account Management: Proactively manage customer accounts, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues and concerns.

  • Availability: Availability to work evenings and Saturdays, if necessary.
  • Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, with a strong background in sales and customer engagement.
