**Job Summary:**

The Santa Ana Star Casino Hotel is seeking a skilled Cook II to join our culinary team. As an intermediate-level line cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Operate multiple stations efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain Board of Health Sanitation standards and ensure the highest quality of food
  • Collaborate with other staff members to achieve day-to-day operational goals
  • Perform tasks such as knife skills, basic cooking techniques, and food preparation methods
  • Meet required par levels and specifications for assigned stations or duties

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of prior culinary experience preferred
  • Bi-lingual and multi-cultural experience a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

**Compensation:** The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 depending on experience.
