Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Support Specialist to join our HR department at JFS at Home/JFS Senior Care in Boca Raton, Florida. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our organization's HR and staffing functions.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with recruitment, on-boarding, and other HR administrative tasks, including:
  • Assisting with sourcing and recruiting candidates for open positions
  • Facilitating the on-boarding process for new employees
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Providing support to employees in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
  • Experience in HR assistance, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • A strong understanding and experience of recruitment and on-boarding processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software
