Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Travel Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Forhyre.

This role is ideal for professionals looking to provide high-quality outpatient speech therapy services to patients with speech, language, and communication disorders.

About the Role
  • This is a contract position in Ukiah, California, lasting approximately 13 weeks.
Key Responsibilities
  • You will conduct thorough assessments of patients' speech, language, and communication abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
  • Provide general speech therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Educate patients and their families about communication disorders and therapy techniques.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field is required.
  • Current California Speech-Language Pathology licensure is essential.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $105,000 - $122,400, based on a 40-hour workweek and hourly rates between $50 and $60.
