Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • A starting rate of $16.50 per hour during class time
  • A rate of $18.71 per hour after certification

Job Description

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will assist residents in performing activities of daily living, maintaining and improving their quality of life to the highest functional level. This requires strong communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to handle unpleasant sights and odors.

You will work under the supervision of a licensed nurse and contribute to a team-oriented environment that prioritizes resident satisfaction and care.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent
  • Daily assessments will be provided to advance your skills through the levels of apprenticeship: beginner, intermediate, and advanced
  • The ability to commit to working every other weekend and holiday after obtaining certification
