Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Dave & Buster's. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our building, providing an exceptional experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and maintain the interior and exterior of our building, including floors, walls, windows, and fixtures.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely and correctly operate all equipment, including cleaning and maintenance tools.
  • Chemical Use: Use all chemicals properly in the correct quantities for safety and cost control.
  • Cost Control: Control costs by not overstocking or disposing of unused materials.
  • Restroom Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all restroom areas, including restocking of supplies.
  • Team Member Support: Assist other Team Members as needed or when business needs dictate.
  • Guest Interaction: Demonstrate ability to early communicate with Guests and other Team Members.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable to changing situations and priorities.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous maintenance experience at a hotel or restaurant is preferred, but not required.
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this position, the Team Member will regularly be required to work in a fast-paced environment, lift and carry up to 30 pounds, move about the facility, and stand for long periods of time.
