Position Overview:
Accountable for synthesizing research data to support management in both strategic and operational planning. Develops and sustains a comprehensive understanding of business operations at Option Care. Conducts data analysis to produce cost-benefit evaluations of proposed initiatives through data collection and analysis. Engages in projects related to market analysis, cost control, procurement, and other pertinent evaluations aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintains an in-depth understanding of business operations and industry standards.
  • Analyzes relevant data to effectively suggest modifications to system procedures, enhancements, and the development of functional specifications or interface opportunities, summarizing costs and return on investment.
  • Generates weekly/monthly reports essential for informed business decisions.
  • Creates and presents cost-benefit evaluations of proposed initiatives, making specific recommendations aligned with the Company's business objectives.
  • Participates in projects focused on strategic development, industry trends, competitive analysis, and organizational positioning.
  • Conducts ad hoc analyses and forecasts for the internal management team as required.
Supervisory Responsibilities: No

Basic Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with up to three (3) years of experience in an analytical capacity.
Basic Qualifications & Interests:
  • Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to conduct analyses that align with departmental goals within budget and established timelines.
  • Proficient in time management skills, including prioritizing, organizing, and tracking details while meeting tight deadlines across multiple projects.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office 2003 or later: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Travel Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time for business purposes.
Preferred Qualifications & Interests:
  • Master's degree / MBA in business administration or a related field.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare sector.
