Relocation Expert

Caring Transitions Fredericksburg is seeking a Relocation Expert to join our team. As a Relocation Expert, you will play a critical role in providing compassionate and tailored relocation services to seniors and their families throughout the greater Fredericksburg area.
Our ideal candidate has strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. You should also possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
The estimated salary for this position is $16.00/hour based on experience, with increases after 6 months. The position offers flexible scheduling with 3-6 hour day shifts, primarily M-F, and is only as needed. Some weeks may have no hours, while others may have 20+ hours.
You will be responsible for assisting clients in sorting through their belongings, offering guidance and support in making decisions about what to keep, donate, sell or discard. You will also maximize space efficiency in clients' homes by implementing innovative storage solutions and organizational strategies.
In addition, you will support the logistics of household moves and meetings with movers. You will create descriptions and titles for unique items to be sold in online auctions, photograph and post items for sale, help prep, stage, and run online auction pick-ups, and interact with clients, their families, and other coworkers while providing high-level customer service.
We are looking for someone who is compassionate and enjoys working with older adults. You should also be able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when working with sensitive client information. A valid driver's license and reliable source of transportation are required.
