Job Summary:

As a Senior Wealth Strategist at INTRUST Bank, you will provide expert advice to high net worth clients in areas such as financial planning, portfolio management, insurance, tax, business succession, estate planning, and philanthropic solutions. Your comprehensive wealth plans will help clients achieve their financial goals, and you will be responsible for implementing the strategies identified through the planning process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver customized wealth plans that incorporate a wide range of topics, including liquidity, credit, investments, insurance, taxes, retirement plans, and philanthropic goals.
  • Participate in new business opportunities and prospect calls with Client Advisors, collaborating with the advisory team to support clients.
  • Manage the investment process, including risk assessment, asset allocation, asset location, and portfolio structure, as well as daily cash flows into and out of the account.
  • Coordinate with insurance partners to fulfill clients' insurance needs and complete required regulatory investment reviews on assigned accounts.
  • Serve as an active member of the Investment Strategy Committee.
Requirements:
  • College degree required with at least 15+ years of previous financial planning and/or investment management experience with direct contact with high net worth clients.
  • Business development experience required.
  • Deep understanding of complex investments, insurance, tax, trust, and estate planning.
  • Superb client communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Knowledge of federal/state affirmative action and equal employment laws/regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • One or more of the following professional designations: CFP, CPWA, CTFA, CPA, CFA.
Work Environment:

Normal office conditions. Extended periods of time may be spent viewing a personal computer, sitting, standing, and walking. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
