Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to critically ill patients in our Intensive Care Unit. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor patient progress, and make adjustments as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in our Intensive Care Unit
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to care plans as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing
  • Experience in a Critical care setting, at least one year
  • Demonstrated skills in organization, verbal and written communications, customer service, math, analysis, reading, following instruction, basic computer usage
