Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Class A driver to join our team at Quirch Foods. As a Class A driver, you will be responsible for operating a commercial motor vehicle to deliver products to customers in a variety of traffic and weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a CMV for the delivery of products, ensuring safe and timely transportation.
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections, including checking products and completing required paperwork.
  • Load and unload products for customers, maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Maintain all required certifications, including DOT and company safety program certifications.
  • Develop expertise in our products, inventory controls, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience.
  • Must possess and be able to present a valid non-expired interstate Medical Card.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 100 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or walk, as well as sit for long periods of time.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English within the context of the job and safety requirements.
  • Ability to comply with truck driving rules and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
  • Pass pre-employment testing (Drug Screen, Background Check).
