Overview:

D.H. Pace Company, Inc., a leading distribution, construction, and service organization, is seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Operations Manager to join its team in the United States.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role:

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping regulations by staying up-to-date on existing and new legislation.
  • Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by implementing security procedures and protocols.
  • Purchase materials and control inventory levels by conducting physical cycle counts and reconciling inventory with our ERP system.
  • Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts as necessary.
  • Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget and analyzing variances.
  • Complete daily and weekly warehouse operational requirements.
  • Pull and/or monitor internal and external customer orders and notify customers of status and recommend alternative solutions.
  • Interact with customers by phone and/or in-person to ensure accurate processing of multiple order information.
  • Improve individual performance of the field force through daily, monthly, and yearly performance reviews.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience managing receiving, warehousing, materials management, and distribution operations.
  • Possess technical software and applications skills in warehousing, material management, and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to lift 75lbs.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Driver's license required.
