Key Responsibilities
- Deliver primary healthcare services within the defined scope of practice.
- Provide holistic care to patients, focusing on both preventive measures and treatment options.
- Work collaboratively with clinic personnel to coordinate patient appointments.
- Request laboratory tests, diagnostic evaluations, and prescriptions as required.
- Refer patients to specialized care when appropriate.
- Accurately document patient interactions in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certification in either Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Possession of an active, unrestricted medical license in any U.S. State or Territory.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
- Capability to successfully pass a federal background investigation.
Physical Demands
- Ability to sit, stand, lift, and move throughout the duration of the work shift.
- Capable of lifting and carrying moderate weights as necessary.
- Strong push/pull strength is required.
