About the Role

Brown & Brown Insurance is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Insurance Enrollment Coordinator to join our team. As an Insurance Enrollment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Employee Benefits Account Managers, Account Executives, and Producers in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the pre-renewal process to ensure seamless transitions for our clients
  • Develop and refine open enrollment materials to meet compliance requirements
  • Prepare and deliver materials for client open enrollment meetings
  • Attend and lead client open enrollment meetings, both virtually and in-person
  • Ensure adherence to Brown & Brown's quality control procedures and timelines
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in an office environment, preferably in employee benefits insurance
  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Health and Life insurance license required
  • Proficiency in management operating systems supporting insurance sales, tracking, and service
  • Bilingual skills a plus
