Mail Equipment Technician

About the Role
">This position is responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining document handling equipment and mailing systems. The ideal candidate will have strong electro-mechanical skills and excellent customer service abilities.
">Responsibilities
">- Travel to customers' locations to install and maintain equipment
- Provide training to customers on proper use of equipment
- Perform phone support and troubleshoot issues
- Manage personal spare parts inventory
- Become trained and certified on new products as they are introduced
Requirements
">- Reliable transportation with a good driving record
- Lifting up to 75lbs and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with IS6000, AS510-AS930, Santori, PS200, and PS1200
Compensation and Benefits
">This role offers a competitive salary of around $50,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, company-paid long-term disability and basic life insurance, and 401(k) plan with discretionary employer contributions.
