Medical Director Services PC Nurse Practitioner

Medical Director Services PC is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality medical care to our residents in a skilled nursing facility setting.
Responsibilities:- Assess patients' health by visiting patients, performing physical examinations, and obtaining, updating, and studying medical histories.
- Collaborate with the medical attending/physician and nursing home staff to provide the highest standard of care attainable.
- Build relationships with residents and families, educate, and formulate a plan of evidence-based care, congruent with the patients' needs and desires.
- Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements by studying existing and new legislation, anticipating future legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Board Certification
- Extensive training will be offered
- Must have hospital setting experience

We also focus on reducing medications and requirements for narcotics and psych meds.
