Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU-Step Down Unit

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our ICU-Step Down Unit at LifeBridge Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU-Step Down Unit
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Current Maryland Registered Nurse License
  • 2+ years of experience in critical care nursing
  • American Heart Association BLS CPR certification
  • Formal working knowledge of critical care nursing principles and practices
