We are seeking a pediatric physical therapist to join our team at our Cary, NC outpatient clinic. This part-time position has the potential to grow into full-time hours, with a focus on afterschool and evening shifts when demand is highest.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be adaptable to changing schedules, and prioritize evidence-based care, clinical excellence, customer service, and compassionate care designed to get patients better, faster.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for young patients.
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to promote optimal health outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices.
Requirements:
- Current North Carolina PT License.
- A minimum 1-2 years of pediatric experience or strong outpatient pediatric experience as a new graduate.
- A team player with enthusiasm for treating children.
This role offers an estimated salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
