The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a knack for processes and systems. The role is a blend of quality/inspection, runner, line lead, material handling, and scheduling. The Manufacturing Team Coordinator will perform final audits of finished products, schedule and organize work within the department, and maintain an overall understanding of the shop floor operation. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate professionally with people at all levels of the organization, and have a can-do servant attitude. The position reports directly to the team supervisor in assembly and supports 2nd shift (4pm-12am) or 3rd shift (12am-8am).
