About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Premium Seating Gameday Ambassador. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our premium seating guests while maintaining a service-first and solution-minded attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Premium Seating Directors with operational management of premium seating operation during UGA Athletics game days.
  • Provide high levels of customer service to all Premium Seating guests.
  • Maintain exclusivity of premium areas by monitoring entry points, reviewing tickets, and implementing policies and procedures.
  • Perform all pre-game, in-game, and post-game duties specific to your position as assigned by the Director of Premium Seating.
  • Assist in game week preparations of the Premium Seating operations.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented environment preferred.
  • Customer service experience preferred but not required.
