Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to our clients, including conducting initial mental health evaluations, developing treatment plans, and providing individual and group therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial mental health evaluations, including criminal, psychological, and substance abuse case history, to assess the client's current needs and make treatment recommendations.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the client's specific needs and goals.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients, including crisis intervention and suicide risk evaluations.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and treatment of clients.
  • Document all client interactions, including therapy sessions, evaluations, and treatment plans, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in mental health treatment.
Requirements:
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Psychologist in a clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid and current CPR certification.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
