Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least two years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, customer service, or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
