Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing painting tasks to enhance property aesthetics
  • Cleaning and maintaining carpets, windows, and appliances to uphold hygiene standards
  • Conducting service and repairs on appliances, plumbing systems, and electrical installations
  • Identifying and replacing defective components as necessary
  • Carrying out routine inspections of the premises and buildings
  • Executing janitorial responsibilities to maintain cleanliness
  • Documenting repair needs and communicating with the site manager
  • Supporting various maintenance projects as required
  • Undertaking additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of relevant maintenance experience
  • Proficient knowledge in electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, and painting
  • Possession of a valid California driver's license and dependable transportation
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong customer service orientation
  • Basic computer skills for managing work orders

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly wage of $25.00
