**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Foodtown. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality baked goods and ensuring a safe and fresh food environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods to meet customer demand.
• Ensure all ingredients and final products are fresh and of high quality.
• Follow recipes and cooking procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including handling utensils, equipment, and dishes.
• Handle and store ingredients and food safely and efficiently.
• Monitor station inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
• Accommodate customer special requests and provide excellent customer service.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and fryers.

**Requirements:**

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or food preparation environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
