Role Summary
\This is a fantastic opportunity to join Fastmarkets as a Strategic Account Growth Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the metals and forest segments. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
\The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience selling SaaS services to Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts. They will also possess a consultative sales style, strong experience selling solutions, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
\Key Responsibilities

- Drive revenue growth through strategic account management and new business development\
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets\
- Manage relationships with key decision-makers and identify new business opportunities\
- Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to evolve our sales strategy\
- Work closely with the customer success onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition to new customers\
- Manage the onboarding, coaching, and KPIs of the BDR/SDR function\
- Help scale the BDR function in-house\
- Support the launch of conversational intelligence tools while constantly evolving and improving processes\
- Other responsibilities as needed\
- You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.\
- You should be comfortable using sales automation tools, such as Salesforce, and have experience working with CRM systems.\
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the metals and forest segments, as well as experience selling SaaS services to Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts.\
- You will be based in one of the states listed below and will work remotely but occasionally travel to office locations.\

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in numerate, technical, or business discipline\
- Minimum 5 years selling SaaS services to Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts, navigating a complex process selling to multiple stakeholders within the organisation\

- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and closing deals\
