Behavior Technician Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician to support our clients and their families at Genesis New Beginnings LLC. In this role, you will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBAs
  • Conduct one-on-one or group Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
  • Record data to monitor progress and effectiveness of treatment plans
  • Support BCBAs with training families on individualized treatment plans
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plans
Requirements:
  • Completion of RBT credentials
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Flexible work schedule
  • Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
