Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cath Lab Technologist to work in a dynamic healthcare environment. As a Catheterization Laboratory Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with diagnostic and interventional procedures, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and efficient workflow.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures, including coronary and peripheral angiography, and vascular interventions.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot equipment, including catheters, guidewires, and imaging systems.
  • Ensure a safe and efficient workflow, including preparing patients, positioning equipment, and monitoring procedures.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide high-quality patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements
  • Current certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Cath Lab setting.
  • Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
