Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant Store Manager to join our team at WCRI. As a key member of our retail sales and operations team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and leading a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Coach, train, and motivate a small team of employees to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales profitability, including selling wireless phones, accessories, service plans, and service features.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, and help customers find Cricket products and services that meet their needs.
  • Represent the Company: Represent WCRI and the Cricket brand in the community, and participate in local business development initiatives.
  • Operational Duties: Complete daily operational duties, including bank deposits, accurately and within required time frames.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven retail management and leadership experience, with a track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive growth.
